Damages

We advise that you inspect your products for damages before signing the delivery note. If you are unable to check the products, please mark the delivery note as "damaged" when signing.

Wet Wall Works must be informed of any damages within 24 hours of accepting your delivery as we don't want you to incur needless costs. If your item(s) are not reported to Wet Wall Works within this time period, unfortunately a claim can not be raised with our couriers. 

Please email your order number, batch number, description and photos of damages to "returns@wetwallsuperstore.co.uk." We will be in touch to resolve the issue.
